Orders and shipping
How can I design a SuperHoodie?
Choose the design you like and simply upload your favorite photo. We print the photo on the SuperHoodie.
Which countries do you ship to and what are the shipping costs?
We ship within USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom with free shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Since each SuperHoodie is individually handmade for the customer, we currently allow ourselves a production time of about 7 - 10 business days until the package is handed over to the shipping company. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time can currently be up to 12 business days. We are constantly working to improve the process and reduce shipping times. Please note that there is no delivery or production on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Do I get a tracking number?
As soon as your SuperHoodie has left our warehouse, you will receive your tracking number with the shipping confirmation.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
How can I cancel my order?
Since the personal data go directly into the printing, a cancellation of your order is no longer possible. Each SuperHoodie is individually handmade for you by our hardworking seamstresses. The products are considered finally sold and therefore cannot be returned. Thank you for your understanding.
I ordered several SuperHoodies but only one arrived!
To meet the high demand and ensure a consistent shipping process across multiple locations, we ship most SuperHoodies in individual packages immediately after they are printed and packaged. However, the SuperHoodies in your order are usually produced relatively simultaneously, so the other packages should arrive promptly. Although we send several packages, the shipping costs will of course always be free for you!
I have received a wrong SuperHoodie!
This is of course not so nice and we apologize very much to you! Please let us know by sending an email to contact@super-hoodie.com and we will find a solution as soon as possible.

The SuperHoodies are in one size.

Is the SuperHoodie washable?
The SuperHoodie is washable. We recommend washing it at cold or hand washing, so that the SuperHoodies remains qualitatively stable.
What material are the SuperHoodie made of?
The SuperHoodie is made of 100% polyester.
Where is the SuperHoodie made?
Our SuperHoodies are all individually sewn for you with the finest handwork. In order to meet the order quantity and to guarantee that you do not have to wait long despite the manual work, we have several productions. Our employees in production are all perfectly trained by us so that our quality of the SuperHoodie is guaranteed at all times.
Questions about my photo
Have I selected a correct photo?
So that we can print your product in a high quality, you should make sure that you send us a picture where the face is well visible. Furthermore, the quality and lighting conditions of the file are an important factor. Please do not use photos with filters.
Can I have multiple faces printed on my product?
We print up to 2 faces per hoodie. Just upload a collage with your photos.
Do I have to crop the photo myself?
Of course not! Our designers professionally cut out the face of the image and put it on the product accordingly.
Exchanges and returns
I would like to make a return. How can I do this?
All returns (damaged or faulty hoodies) should be submitted within one week of receipt of delivery. Please contact us at contact@super-hoodie.com
Can I return my SuperHoodie?
Since each SuperHoodie is custom made for each customer, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless our quality management has accepted a return.
I want to change the design or photo for the SuperHoodie.
Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order in order to change information. Our production team works around the clock so that the SuperHoodie arrives at your home as quickly as possible.
